Auctions are a great way to raise money for your school or other nonprofit organization. AuctionHandoff works closely with you to make sure your auction event is a success. We take care of all of the administrative work.

Parents and community members handoff their donated items at your facility or call 1-866-HANDOFF for a pick-up.

Anyone can donate their unwanted items to benefit your cause. One of our friendly AuctionHandoff Advisors will be present to examine the items and evaluate their potential on eBay.

Back at the AuctionHandoff facility, we will photograph each item, write a detailed description, and list it on eBay. We take care of the auction strategy to insure a fair sale then pack, ship, and collect payment for each item.

Once the item has sold, we'll send a check to your school or organization as a cash donation, and send each donor a donation acknowledgment letter. We’ve even developed a system that allows us to group items on a per donor basis for easy reporting and tracking.
